What this actually means for you
It ties into your studies
Whether you're in horticulture, environmental studies, or landscape design, working in the field directly reinforces what you're learning in class.
We work around your schedule
Exams, availability that changes from week to week — we plan around that, not the other way around.
A young, motivated team
An upbeat vibe, far from the boring-summer-job image — you'll be working alongside people your own age, not stuck alone in a corner.
A summer that pays off, not just fills time
Competitive hourly rate, on par with or better than other summer jobs.
Performance bonuses for jobs well done as a team.
End-of-season bonus for the crew that sticks it out all summer.
A chance to come back next summer, with more responsibility and more seniority.
